By accessing or using ResearchGoo ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.
ResearchGoo provides academic editing, manuscript proofreading, similarity index reduction (plagiarism formatting), references auditing, and data analysis support. Our services are strictly designed as developmental and educational aids to assist students, researchers, and faculty members in polishing their own academic work.
We hold academic integrity in the highest regard. ResearchGoo does not perform ghostwriting, write papers from scratch on behalf of clients, sit for exams, or fabricate data. It is the client's responsibility to understand and comply with their own university’s or journal's codes of academic conduct. ResearchGoo accepts no responsibility for any violations of academic integrity by the client.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all manuscripts, data, and files submitted to us. You agree not to submit any material that contains computer viruses or is designed to disrupt our platform.
All project quotes are valid for 14 days. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit payment (typically 50% or 70%). The final unwatermarked files, datasets, or reports are released only upon payment of the outstanding balance. Payment must be made through our official NGN bank accounts or designated transfer methods.
We provide revision rounds (at least one free revision) to ensure client satisfaction, provided the requests are made within 14 days of final delivery and do not introduce new research variables or deviate from the original project scope defined during quoting. Revisions outside the initial scope may incur additional fees.
ResearchGoo offers expert editorial guidance but does not guarantee journal publication or university course grades. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from journal editor decisions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
